1. The parties have entered into an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have executed the settlement agreement on 2nd May, 2025.

2. In terms of the said settlement, it has been, inter alia, decided as under:

" F. On 22.05.2025, UPON Second Party paying Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) through Demand Draft to First Party, the Parties and their counsels shall appear before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in Mat Appeal (FC) No.370/2024 titled as Bhavika vs. Deepak Aggarwal and submit that the judgement and decree of divorce dated 28.09.2024 passed by Ms. Charu Aggarwal, Judge, Family Court - 01 (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi be maintained and the adverse

Signing Date:28.05.2025 15:41:36 observations made against the First Party and her mother by the Ld. Judge, Family Court-01 (West) may be expunged and/or be not read against them and the said appeal be disposed of accordingly."

3. The parties are personally present in the Court and have been identified by their respective counsels. They affirm that they have entered into the above settlement and shall remain bound by the terms thereof.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has also received the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only), which was to be paid today by the respondent.

5. Keeping in view the above settlement, the Impugned Judgment and Decree passed by the learned Judge, Family Court -01, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in HMA No. 1173/2019 is affirmed, however, all adverse remarks made therein against the appellant and her mother shall stand expunged from the said Judgment and decree.

6. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms. All pending applications also, stand disposed of.
