1. After some hearing, Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, is agreeable to a disposal of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation and take a decision thereon within two weeks.

3. The decision as and when taken, would be communicated forthwith to the petitioner. In case the petitioner continues to remain aggrieved, his rights in law should remain reserved.
