1. As the issue in controversy is squarely covered against the petitioner by the judgments of the Division Benches of this Court in Union of India v. D B Arora1 and Union Public Service Commission v. S M Keshkamat2, despite the vehement submissions of Mr. Ravi Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioners, we are constrained to dismiss this writ petition.
2. The writ petition is dismissed.
