1. The petitioners have filed the present petitions impugning the
arbitral award dated 02.03.2021 rendered by the Arbitral Tribunal in
connection with the respective disputes between the parties. The
present petitions were heard along with Brandavan Food Products v.
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited: O.M.P.
(COMM) 292/2021 and Indian Railway Catering and Tourism
Corporation Limited v. M/s Brandavan Food Products: O.M.P.
(COMM) 330/2021.
2. By an order dated 11.05.2022, this Court recorded the stand of
the parties that the decision in O.M.P. (COMM) 292/2021 and O.M.P.
(COMM) 330/2021, would be dispositive of these petitions as well.
3. The aforesaid two petitions were disposed of by the judgment
dated 24.05.2022. The arbitral award dated 02.03.2021, which was the
subject matter of challenge in the said two petitions, was not interfered
with. The said petitions were dismissed. Thus, these petitions are liable
to meet the same fate.
4. For the reasons stated in the judgment dated 24.05.2022,
rendered in O.M.P. (COMM) 292/2021 and O.M.P. (COMM) 330/2021,
these petitions are dismissed as well. All pending applications are also
disposed of.
5. The parties are left to bear their own costs.
