1. Mr. Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this testamentary case.
2. The petitioner is also present in person. Her husband, who appears on her behalf, submits that they are persons of advanced stage, and that their health has deteriorated to a point where they are not in a position to prosecute these proceedings. They, therefore, reiterate to withdraw these proceedings.
3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties does not oppose the prayer.
