W.P.(C) 3416/2020 Petitioner No.2 appearing in person, after canvassing some arguments, submitted that looking to the latest development of the fact that now the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi has already issued an order dated 8th June, 2020 thereby directing all departments and authorities concerned of NCT of Delhi to ensure that monitoring/treatment is not denied to any patient on the ground of not being a resident of NCT of Delhi, this writ petition is not pressed at this stage. Nonetheless, liberty may be
reserved with the petitioners, in case of any difficulty, to approach this Court.
Liberty as prayed for is granted and this petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage.
