W.P.(C) 3414/2020 & CM APPL.12116/2020 (Stay) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the grievances ventilated in this writ petition have been brought to an end in light of the latest development of the fact that now the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi has already issued an order dated 8 th June, 2020 thereby directing all departments and authorities concerned of NCT of Delhi to ensure that monitoring/treatment is not denied to any patient on the ground
of not being a resident of NCT of Delhi, and therefore this writ petition is not pressed at this stage.
In view of this limited submission, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage. The application also stands disposed of.
