CM APPL.12118/2020 (exemption) Allowed, subject to just exceptions. CM APPL.12119/2020 (permission to appear and to argue in person) In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of.

1. This public interest litigation has been preferred with the following prayers:

"1. To issue a writ, order or direction of suitable nature quashing the impugned order dated 07.06.2020 being ultra vires; and/or

2. To pass any such other orders that may be deemed necessary on the facts and circumstances of the present case."

2. Petitioner No.1 appearing in person submitted that grievances ventilated in this writ petition have been brought to an end in light of the latest development of the fact that now the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi has already issued an order dated 8th June, 2020 thereby directing all departments and authorities concerned of NCT of Delhi to ensure that monitoring/treatment is not denied to any patient on the ground of not being a resident of NCT of Delhi, and therefore this writ petition is not pressed at this stage.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage.

4. Nonetheless, if the petitioner still have any grievance, they are permitted to prefer a representation to the Government of NCT of Delhi and the same shall be taken care of in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policy applicable to the facts of the present case as early as possible and practicable.
