1. The only prayer, in this petition, is for a direction to the Sub- Registrar-III, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi to register the Trust Deed in respect of "Sushant Welfare Trust", presented for registration on 2nd August, 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that she has instructions to state that the needful would be done within a period of four weeks, and submits that the petitioner may approach the concerned officer, with the relevant records and a copy of this order, whereupon, subject to rectification of any deficiency, if any, the

document would be duly registered.

3. Ms. Neha Garg, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, with the said assurance, the grievance in the petition stands redressed.

4. In the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to approach the office of Respondent No. 2 on 23rd July, 2020 at 11 AM, with the copy of this order as downloaded from the website of this Court, and the relevant records. Needless to say, registration of the Trust Deed would be subject to rectification of deficiencies, if any, in the documents.

5. Respondent No. 2 is directed to do the needful within a period of four weeks from today, as ensured by the learned counsel for the respondents.

6. Needless to say, if the petitioner continues to remain aggrieved, it would be open for the petitioner to re-approach this Court.

7. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
