Ms. Priyashree Sharma, Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this matter has become infructuous as interim relief was not granted in the main writ petition, and, for the next year, the petitioner institution was permitted to induct 100 students.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous by efflux of time.

CM Appl. nos. 17/2019 and 872/2019 In view of the order passed in the writ petition, these miscellaneous applications are disposed of.
