CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE ASHA MENON
ORDER
% 24.04.2020 CRL.M.(BAIL) 351/2020
1. As per directions issued on 27.02.2020 and on 20.04.2020 the State was required to file by today, the Nominal Roll as well as inform about the status of the health of the petitioners, alongwith medical certificates to the effect that the petitioners are not suffering from Covid-19. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners , Sh. Arjun Singh, contends that the medical examinations have in fact been conducted, in the absence of any such confirmation from the jail authorities, this Court cannot proceed further. It is possible that the last order was not transmitted to the jail authorities.
2. In these circumstances, the Registry is directed to transmit the last order dated 20.04.2020 to the jail authorities for compliance.
3. Let the reports and certificates along with the Nominal rolls be submitted before the court on 27.04.2020 and the matter be placed
before the Bench that is sitting on that day.
