C.M. Appln.No. 10358/2020 (under Section 151 CPC for Modification of order dated 20.04.2020) in W.P. (C) No. 2241/2020

1. The present application has been moved by the applicant/petitioner for seeking modification of order dated 20.04.2020 passed in C.M. Appln.No. 10326/2020 in W.P. (C) No. 2241/2020 on the ground that some submissions made by the petitioner were not recorded and submissions that were not made, have been imputed to the petitioner in the order.

2. This submission is, however, disputed by Mr. Sanjay Jain, learned Additional Solicitor General.

3. The order dated 20.04.2020 reveals that it was passed by the Bench of Justice Prathiba M. Singh. Therefore, it would be appropriate that the present application be heard by the same Bench.

4. List the present application before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate orders on 27.04.2020 as requested by ld. Counsel for the applicant .
