1. The present application is filed by KAT EYE Security Services for directions to the Official Liqudator to release the payments against the outstanding bills for security services to the company (in liquidation) amounting to Rs.59,09,983/- for the period from 01.05.2017 to 31.03.2020 from out of the Common Pool Funds of the company.

2. Mr. Rishi Manchanda, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator seeks time to file response to this application. Two weeks time is granted to the Official Liquidator to file response to the application and to explore the possibility of at least a partial release of the payments due for services already rendered by the applicant, subject to verification of the bills after the lockdown is lifted and

adjustments.
