                          J U D G M E N T (ORAL)

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby

quashing FIR No. 853/2015 dated 18.08.2015, registered at PS - K.N. Katju

Marg for the offences punishable under Sections 354/354(B)323/392/506/34

IPC and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.

Notice issued.

Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and counsel for the

respondent no.2.

With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present petition is

taken up for final disposal.

The present petition is filed on the ground that the parties have settled

their disputes and the respondent No. 2 has no objection if the present

petition is allowed.

Respondent No. 2 is personally present in Court with learned counsel

- Mr. Surender Singh and she has been identified by SI Jitender/IO.

The petitioner and respondent no.2 have entered into an amicable

settlement vide settlement deed dated 04.04.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has

received the total settlement amount and prays that the present petition may

be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR

No. 853/2015 dated 18.08.2015, registered at PS - K.N. Katju Marg for the

offences punishable under Sections 354/354(B)/323/392/506/34 IPC and all

other proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

Petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
