1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

2. Application is disposed of.

3. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby

quashing FIR No. 201/2016, registered at PS - Mayur Vihar for the

offences punishable under Sections 506 IPC & section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST

Act and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.

4. Notice issued.

5. Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and counsel for the

respondent no.2 and with the consent of the counsel for the parties, the

present petition is taken up for final disposal.

6. The present petition is filed on the ground that the parties have settled

their disputes before Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi

whereby out of the total settlement amount of Rs.5,25,000/-, respondent no.2

has received Rs.4,75,000/- and the balance amount of Rs.50,000/- has

already been given to respondent no.2 in cash in court today and the

respondent no.2 has no objection if the present petition is allowed.

7. Respondent no.2 is personally present in Court and he has been

identified by SI Sanjay Kumar, PS Mayur Vihar.

8. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR

No. 201/2016, registered at PS - Mayur Vihar for the offences punishable

under Sections 506 IPC & section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST Act and all other

proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

9. Petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
