Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking a direction to the SHO Sangam Vihar to provide protection from respondents No.2, 3 and 4.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State has placed on record a detailed status report dated 5th November, 2019. According to the status report, during investigation of the case, certain photocopies of the documents pertaining to the property in question were provided by the petitioner, which were illegible and therefore, petitioner's ownership could not be authenticated/verified. It is also stated in the status report that two parties are claiming ownership over the property in question.
On the other hand, petitioner submits that a decree in respect of property in question was passed in her favour by the learned trial court and prays for protection from respondents No.2 to 4.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State submits that the protection required will be provided to the petitioners.
Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioner forthwith so that in case of an exigency, the petitioner can contact the concerned officials, who may handle the situation as per the law.
In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition.
The petition stands disposed of.
