Vide this petition, transfer of complaint bearing CT No. 625546/2016, titled as Balraj Sakhuja Vs. Pradeep Saxena & Ors., pending in the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, District South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi is sought to South District.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondents are yet to be summoned and the case is pending at the stage of summoning of the accused and that the complaint in question pertains to police station Greater Kailash, New Delhi which falls under the jurisdiction of District

South.

Heard. Allowed.

Let the complaint in question be placed before the District and Sessions Judge, District South, Saket Courts, New Delhi for transfer to competent court. Let the complainant appear before learned District and Sessions Judge, District South, Saket on 25th November, 2019 for further proceedings.
