                         J U D G M E N T (ORAL)

1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby

quashing FIR No. 166/2013, dated 30.09.2013 registered at PS Connaught

Place and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.

2. Notice issued.

3. Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and counsel for the

LRs of respondent no.2.

4. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present petition is

taken up for final disposal.

5. The present petition is filed on the ground that the parties have settled

their disputes and the LRs of respondent no.2 have no objection if the

present petition is allowed who are present in Court.

6. LRs Respondent no.2 are personally present in Court with learned

counsel and they have been identified by SI Sarvesh Kumar /IO and submits

that matter has been settled and they do not wish to prosecute the matter any

further.

7. The petitioner and LRs of respondent no.2 have entered into an

amicable settlement vide settlement/memorandum of understanding dated

07.09.2019.

8. For the reasons afore-recorded, the FIR No. 166/2013, dated

30.09.2013 registered at PS Connaught Place and consequent proceedings

emanating therefrom are quashed.

9. The petition is allowed accordingly.

10. Order dasti, under the signature of Court Master.

11. The date fixed in the matter i.e. 13.11.2019 stands cancelled.

12. In view of the order passed in the petition, this application has

become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
