1. On an advance copy of the petition having been served, Mr. Satyakam, Additional Standing Counsel for Government of NCT of Delhi (ASC), has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. Notice. He accepts the notice.
2. Learned ASC submits that in terms of the order dated 19.11.2018, the petitioner had appeared before the Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), on 27.11.2018 (forenoon).
He further submits that the DCP shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a week and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
3. The petition is disposed of.
