1. By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of its execution petition No.1324/2018 titled as "M.L. Infomap Private Limited Vs. GTI Infotel Private Limited", for the enforcement of the arbitral award dated 02.06.2018 from the Court of Ms. Vandana Jain, learned Additional District Judge (ADJ), South-East District, Saket Court, New Delhi to the court of Sh. Parveen Kumar, learned ADJ, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi where objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (Arbitration Act) against the said Award have been filed by the respondent being OMP (Commercial) No.2 of 2018.

2. Since the objections filed by the respondent against the arbitral award dated 02.06.2018 under Section 34 of the Arbitration Act are pending disposal before the court of Sh. Parveen Kumar, learned ADJ-Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, it would be in the expediency of justice if the execution petition for the enforcement of the said Award is also transferred to the same Court where the objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration Act, are pending.

3. In the circumstances, the execution petition No.1324/2018 titled as "M.L. Infomap Private Limited Vs. GTI Infotel Private Limited", is withdrawn from the court of Ms. Vandana Jain, learned ADJ, South-East District, Saket Court and is transferred to the court of Sh. Parveen Kumar, learned ADJ-Patiala House Courts, New Delhi for disposal in accordance with law.

4. The petition is disposed of.
