ORDER
(ORAL)
1. The grievance made in the above-captioned four petitions is that petitioners are not getting their salary from the month of September, 2017 and therefore, they are finding it difficult to survive. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that although the case of petitioners is at par with the case of petitioner in W.P.(C) 3815/2018 titled Prakash Dagar v Ring Midway Senior Secondary School & Ors. decided on 18th April, 2018 by this Court, but petitioners are not in a position to make fresh Representations and so, respondents be directed to decide petitioners' application of 31st October, 2017 vide which petitioners had sought salary from the month of September, 2017 onwards.
2. Despite service of advance notice, none appears on behalf of respondent-School.
3. Since subject matter of these petitions is identical, therefore, with consent of learned counsel for the parties, these petitions have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.
4. Since the case of petitioners appears to be at par with the case of Prakash Dagar, referred to above, therefore, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of these petitions with direction to respondent-School to consider composite application of 31st October, 2017 made by petitioners and similarly placed persons seeking release of their salary from the month of September, 2017 onwards and to pass speaking order on the said composite application within a period of three weeks from today and convey its outcome to petitioners within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Respondent-Directorate of Education shall promptly act under sub- Section 4 of Section 24 of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 after giving an opportunity of hearing to respondent-School and intimate outcome of the action taken to petitioners, within a period of six weeks.
5. With aforesaid directions, above-captioned four petitions and the applications are disposed of.
Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
