1. For the relief claimed in this petition, petitioner has already filed Representations on 29th February, 2016 (Annexure P-5) and 8th February, 2018 (Annexure P-8). According to petitioner's counsel, there is response to the said Representations.
2. Despite service of advance notice, none appears on behalf of second respondent.
3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to competent authority to effectively consider petitioner's Representations (Annexure P-5 & P-8) within a period of four weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the
remedies as available in law, if need be. Status quo as of today in respect of petitioner's service be maintained till the fate of Representations (Annexures P-5 & P-8) is conveyed to petitioner.
4. Second respondent be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.
5. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
