                         JUDGMENT (ORAL)

1. The counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

2. The appeal and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.

3. In terms of order dated 01.02.2012, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with up-to-date interest with the Registrar General. In terms of order dated 21.01.2013, fifty percent (50%) of the amount deposited was permitted to be released to the claimants. The balance with accrued interest shall also now be released to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the tribunal.

4. The statutory amount shall be refunded.
