1. Petitioners are doctors of University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, Delhi, who claim that they have been already shifted to pension scheme but consequent upon their retirement, pension is not being released to them.

2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3-University of Delhi submits that to seek relief, as sought in this petition, no Representation has been made by petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that similar petitions are pending before this Court.

4. Be that as it may. To keep the facts straight, it is deemed appropriate to permit petitioners to make a concise and comprehensive Representation to respondent No.5- University College of Medical Sciences within two weeks and upon receipt of such Representation, it be decided within six weeks, by passing a speaking order. Needless to say if any clarification is required, then it can always be sought from petitioners. If for any reason, pension cannot be released to petitioners, then respondent No.5 shall elaborate the reasons and convey the fate of Representations to petitioners within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

5. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
