ORDER
(ORAL)
Petitioner is the wife of fourth respondent, who is under employment of respondent-Directorate of Education.
Upon hearing, I do find that petitioner has no locus to maintain this petition. However, it is matter of concern that though the conduct of fourth respondent is subject matter of preliminary inquiry, but the preliminary inquiry report is not forthcoming. It is so evident from respondent-Directorate of Education's Communications of 18th February, 11th April, 29th April, 17th June and 13th July, 2016.
Learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 submits that it will be ensured that preliminary inquiry report qua the conduct of fourth
respondent is obtained and the matter is proceeded further in accordance with applicable Rules and Regulations by the third respondent.
Let the needful be done within a period of 12 weeks. In the light of aforesaid, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
