1. Status report is filed in the Court today. Same is taken on record. Charge sheet has not yet been filed.

2. The petitioners have invoked the writ jurisdiction of this court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short 'Cr.PC') for quashing of the FIR bearing No.0067/2017, registered against them on 05.03.2017 with Police Station Kalyanpuri, East Delhi, under Sections 323/354/506/34 IPC on

the complaint of respondent no.2.

3. On account of returning a packet of chips to the petitioners, there was some altercation between the petitioners and respondent No.2 on 5.3.2017. The respondent No.2 had lodged the complaint which culminated into the said FIR.

4. Respondent No.2 is also present. She is accompanied with her mother. She is being represented by her counsel. She is duly identified by the IO ASI Shiv Murti Yadav.

5. Subsequently, the parties have amicably settled all their dispute as they are residing in the same vicinity i.e. Kalyan Puri Delhi. The respondent No.2 has filed her affidavit. She is present in the court and submits that she does not want to pursue the said FIR. She submits that in view of the settlement, said FIR may be quashed.

6. The parties have amicably settled their all disputes and no purpose would be served in further pursuing with the FIR bearing No.0067/2017 with Police Station Kalyanpuri, East Delhi, under Sections 323/354/506/34 IPC. Hence, to secure ends of justice, the FIR bearing No.0067/2017 with Police Station Kalyanpuri, East Delhi, under Sections 323/354/506/34 IPC and proceedings arising out of the same are hereby quashed.

7. The petition is disposed of.
