1. The present petition has been placed before the Court by the learned Joint Registrar, who has recorded in the order dated 26.5.2016 that none has been appearing for the Decree Holder for the last several dates. The position remains the same today as none is present for the Decree Holder.

2. A perusal of the order sheets shows that none has been appearing for the Decree Holder after 26.2.2015.

3. It appears that the Decree Holder is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non- prosecution.
