1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners praying inter alia for quashing the process initiated by the respondent/India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd. pursuant to filing an application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before the learned CMM whereon, an order dated 22.10.2016 has been passed.

2. After addressing arguments at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of his clients to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal for raising objections to the steps taken by the respondent, as noted above.

3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the pending application.
