1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners praying inter alia that Suit No.310/2013 pending in the court of the learned ADJ, District Courts, Saket New Delhi, be transferred to this Court for being tried alongwith CS(OS) 2311/2012.

2. Counsel for the respondent No.2 states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous for the reason that CS(OS) 2311/2012 has already been transferred to Saket Courts, after the enhancement of the pecuniary jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
