1. The present matter has remained on the regular board since 29.02.2016. The same was taken up on 03.03.2016, 15.03.2016 and 16.03.2016. However, none had appeared for the petitioner. On 17.03.2016, proxy counsel appearing for Mr. Rajeev Sharma, counsel for the petitioner had sought an adjournment. At his request, the matter was not taken up on the said date. On 28.03.2016, again, none had appeared for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents states that he had personally informed Mr. Rajeev Sharma, counsel for the petitioner about the pendency of the case in the interregnum.

3. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non- prosecution.
