parties have assailed the common Order dated 16.1.2015 passed by Central
Administrative Tribunal. We find that although Mr.J.K. Singh and Mr.R.V. Sinha,
Advocates, have entered appearance on behalf of Union of India, some of the private
respondents remain unserved. We direct Union of India to ensure service on the
private respondents as well.
Mr.A.K. Trivedi, Advocate, who is appearing on behalf of the petitioners in
