1. The case was passed over on the first call as none was present

for either of the parties.

2. On the second call, counsel for the Judgment Debtors is present,

but none is present on behalf of the Decree Holders.

3. The Court is informed by the counsel for the Judgment Debtors

that the parties had negotiated a settlement through mediation in

another proceedings pending between the parties in the High Court

and pursuant thereto, a Settlement Agreement dated 19.1.2015 was

executed by them. He submits that the said Settlement Agreement

has been taken on record in the other suit and now, nothing further

survives for adjudication in the present proceedings. A copy of the

Settlement Agreement dated 19.1.2015 is handed over by the counsel

for the Judgment Debtors and is taken on record. It is perhaps for

the said reason that none is present for the Decree Holders today.

4. The present petition is accordingly dismissed in default and for

non-prosecution.
