1. On 25.8.2015, the Judgment Debtor was directed to file an

affidavit in terms of the settlement recorded on the last date.

2. The said affidavit has not been filed. However, counsel for the

Decree Holder states that as the Judgment Debtor is not represented

through counsel, he has assisted him to draft and file the affidavit,

which has been filed in the Registry only this morning. A copy thereof

is handed over by the counsel for the Decree Holder, who states that

the said affidavit has been drafted by the Judgment Debtor in terms of

the statement made by him on 25.8.2015 and in view of the said

undertaking, the present execution petition stands satisfied.

3. A copy of the affidavit drafted and filed on behalf of the

Judgment Debtor and handed over by the counsel for the Decree

Holder, is taken on record. The original shall be traced and placed on

record.

4. The petition is disposed of while leaving the parties to bear their

own expenses.
