1. The case has been placed before the Court by the Registry.

2. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that the last order in the

present case was passed on 10.8.1990 when counsel for the plaintiff

had requested that the suit be adjourned sine die as he has not been

able to establish contact with the plaintiff. As a result, the Deputy

Registrar had directed that the file be consigned to the record room

and observed that the suit would be revived as and when an

application is filed by the plaintiff.

3. It is now over two and a half decades, but no such application

for revival of the suit has been filed.

4. It is therefore assumed that the plaintiff is not interested in

prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly disposed of.
