present suit any further in view of the fact that the defendants No.1 to

3 have made payments to the tune of Rs.22,06,394/- to the plaintiff.

2. Counsel for the defendants No.1 to 3 hands over a copy of the

letter dated 03.11.2015, addressed by the plaintiff to the defendants

confirming receipt of the payment on 27.10.2015. The documents are

taken on record.

3. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending

application.
