1. On the last date of hearing, Ms. Chandra, learned counsel for the

plaintiff had entered appearance and sought time to inform the Court

as to whether anything survives for adjudication in the present suit.

2. Today, Ms. Chandra, learned counsel for the plaintiff states that

despite her best efforts, she has not received any instructions from the

plaintiff.

3. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the

present suit, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
