1. The suit has been placed before the Court by the Joint Registrar,

who has recorded in the order dated 28.10.2015 that the matter has

been settled between the parties.

2. Counsel for the plaintiff states on instructions that the plaintiff

does not wish to press the suit in view of the settlement arrived at

with the defendant. Similarly, counsel for the defendant/counter

claimant states that his clients do not wish to press the counter claim

filed by them against the plaintiff.

3. Accordingly, both, the suit and the counter claim are disposed of

as not pressed.
