1. The suit was passed over on the first call as none was present

on behalf of the plaintiff. Same is the position on the second call.

Pertinently, on the last date of hearing, the plaintiff was directed to

take fresh steps to serve the defendant No.4 by filing the process fee.

As per the Registry, the process fee has not been filed.

2. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the

present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-

prosecution alongwith the pending applications.
