1. Counsels for the parties jointly state that they have arrived at a

settlement in respect of the disputes and differences that they had

between them and are a subject matter of the present suit. They state

that it was recorded in the order dated 07.11.2014, that the

defendants will pay a sum of `4 lacs to the plaintiff in full and final

settlement.

2. Out of the aforesaid amount of `4 lacs, a sum of `2 lacs was

handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff on the last date of hearing.

The balance sum of `2 lacs has been handed over by the counsel for

the defendants by way of DD No.006128 dated 03.03.2015, drawn on

IDBI Bank, which is duly accepted by the counsel for the plaintiff.

3. Counsel for the defendants undertakes that in future, his clients

will not broadcast through FM radio station owned/operated by them,

including public performance and communication to the public or in

any other way, exploit the sound recordings or musical work owned by

the plaintiff, without obtaining a license from it.

4. Counsel for the plaintiff states that the entire agreed amount

having been received by her client, and in view of the fact that the

defendants have given an undertaking as recorded above, nothing

further is due or payable by them to the plaintiff and all the disputes,

subject matter of the present suit stand settled. She, therefore,

requests that the present suit may be disposed of.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the suit is disposed of while

binding the defendants to the statement recorded hereinabove. The

parties are left to bear their own costs.

6. File be consigned to the record room.
