1. Since the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 & 2/Caveator entered appearance, Caveat stands discharged. CM No.12417/2015 (Exemption)

2. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CM stands disposed of. CM No.12415/2015 (Delay in filing)

3. Heard both parties. For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 56 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

4. Heard both the parties. Having regard to the fact that the main petition is still pending before the learned Single Judge and what is impugned in the present appeal is only an ad-interim order that was passed by the learned Single Judge on 13th April, 2015, we do not deem it appropriate to entertain the appeal and express any opinion on merits of the case.

5. Accordingly, we dispose of the appeal leaving it open to the appellant to move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for variation/clarification/modification of the order under appeal.

6. In case any such application is filed, we request the learned Single Judge to consider and decide the same in accordance with law by advancing the date of hearing fixed as 14.09.2015 in the order under appeal.

7. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
