High Court Bar Association entitled 'Rajiv Khosla vs. Delhi High Court

Bar Association & Ors.', wherein the issues raised for adjudication are

identical to those raised in the present suit, he does not wish to press

the suit.

2. The suit is accordingly disposed of.
