1. Learned Counsel for the Decree Holder states that pursuant to

the order dated 2.4.2015, on which date a Local Commissioner was

appointed to remain present in the office of the Sub-Registrar on the

date and time fixed to ensure smooth execution and registration of the

Sale Deed in respect of the suit premises, the Sale Deed has been

executed and the Local Commissioner's report is on record.

2. The Local Commissioner is present in Court and confirms the

above position.

3. Counsel for the Decree Holder states that the judgment and

decree dated 19.10.2012 stands satisfied and the execution petition

may be disposed of.

4. The execution petition is accordingly disposed of.
