Petitioner's prayer for quashing of the FIR in question stands already declined vide order of 5th August, 2013.
Vide aforesaid order, petitioner was directed to join the investigation. Mr. Vinod Diwakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petitioner has joined investigation and the final report will be filed within a period of 8 weeks.
Let it be so done.
Without commenting on the merits of the case, interim order of 5th August, 2013 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioners - Vinod Kumar, Ramesh Chand, Smt. Sarla Devi, Tarun and Smt. Sangeeta be admitted to bail by the Investigating Officer subject to their furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.
CRL.M.C. 3120/2013 Page 1 25,000/- each with one surety of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
This petition and application are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail of the remedy available in law, if need be.
