Both sides submit that petitioner-husband and respondent-wife are principally agreeable for a mediated settlement and for this purpose they would appear before Mediation Centre at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi tomorrow i.e. 20th February, 2015 at 2.00 p.m. and thereafter on day to day basis from 23rd to 25th February, 2015 so that an early solution of the dispute may take place.

Let it be so done.

Let mediation be assigned to a Judicial Mediator and the outcome of the mediation be made known to this court on 25th February, 2015.
