1. Pursuant to the order dated 19.11.2015, counsel for the Decree

Holder enters appearance and informs the Court that aggrieved by the

judgment dated 28.05.2012 passed by the Division Bench in RFA(OS)

26/2008, the Decree Holder has filed an appeal before the Supreme

Court, registered as C.A. 4102/2013.

2. In this view of the matter, the Execution Petition is disposed of

alongwith the pending applications with liberty granted to the Decree

Holder to seek its remedies against the Judgment Debtor in the event

it succeeds in the appeal pending before the Supreme Court.
