1. On 17.4.2015, it was noted that none had been appeared for the

plaintiffs for the past three dates. However, as lawyers were

abstaining from appearing in the court, no adverse orders were passed

on the said date and the case was adjourned for today.

2. Yet again, none is present on behalf of the plaintiffs. It appears

that the plaintiffs are not interested in prosecuting the present suit,

which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution,

along with the pending applications.
