Petitioners are working as PTA teachers (Parent Teacher Association) in Arya Kanya Pathsala Inter College, Roorkee District Haridwar. According to the petitioners, they are teaching prior to December 2010 and now they claim honorarium as per G.O. dated 15.12.2011.

In case, petitioners are working as PTA teachers and are eligible to be given honorarium, they should be given the honorarium for which they shall give representation before Director of School Education, Dehradun who shall decide the case of the petitioners in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of production a certified copy of the order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
