Learned counsel representing the State submitted that no case was made out against the petitioners.

In view of the above development, the criminal writ petition has rendered infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim order dated 10.04.2014 will continue to operate till the submission of the Final Report before the Court concerned and no further.
