Learned counsel representing the State submitted that charge-sheet has been field against the petitioner nos. 1, 2 & 3 and no case was made out against the petitioner no. 4.

In view of the above development, the criminal writ petition has rendered infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim order dated 25.04.2014 will continue to operate till the submission of the Charge-sheet/Final Report before the Court concerned and no further.
