Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from Mr.D.C.Mittal, Administrator of the petitioner hospital, submits that the petitioner is agreed to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-each to the respondents/workmen towards full and final settlement of all their claims. The respondents/workmen, who are present in Court, agreed thereto.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay the agreed amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each in favour of the respondents/workmen within a period of two weeks from today.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as settled.
CM Nos. 10460/2011 (for stay) & 10792, 10794, 10795, 10796, 16840, 16841 and 16842 of 2012 (under Section 17-B ID Act) With the disposal of the writ petition itself, all these applications have become infructuous. The same are accordingly dismissed.
